Partner Attorney

Amir Farzaneh is an immigration lawyer with over 26 years of legal experience. He received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University. Over the years, Mr. Farzaneh has handled some very complex and intricate immigration matters. He is an educator, and is also the author of numerous articles, and is a Co-Author of two books about immigration law, published by Aspatore Books. Mr. Farzaneh is a frequent speaker on Immigration Law issues.

Mr. Farzaneh is admitted to practice in all immigration courts, Western District of Oklahoma Federal Court, 10th circuit court of appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Farzaneh is a former president of the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association and a member of the Oklahoma and American bar associations in addition to the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Farzaneh has been named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell (the highest possible peer review rating for competence and ethical values in law practice). Mr. Farzaneh is fluent in Farsi and English.

Partner Attorney

Neelam Patel is a well versed lawyer in many different areas of practice. He is an Honor Roll graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He is a big family man, and a Father of two daughters. He was an attorney in a big firm until Mr. Patel opened his own Law firm that he ran for 11 years before starting Farzaneh & Patel.

As an Attorney At Law with several years of big firm experience, he is able to provide his clients with the high-quality legal services they expect and the personalized representation they deserve. He is dedicated to getting the best outcome for his clients because he believes in personal relationship based law. He is also a businessman with several small businesses that he is able to use to better help his practice.

When he isn’t working, Mr. Patel enjoys attending OU Sooners Football games or coaching for children’s sports teams. He can also be found traveling, with his wife, and together they have visited over 20 countries.

Kate Wade is an associate of the firm assisting clients with matters in Immigration Law and Personal Injury.

Kate received her Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar and listed on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll. During law school, Kate was a member of the William J. Holloway Inn of Court and the Oklahoma City University Law Review where she served as a distinguished member. She also received CALI awards for Legal Research and Writing I and Legal Research and Writing II.

Kate received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-Criminology from The University of Oklahoma. While there, she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority.

Office Manager/Accountant

Maria is a recent college graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in finance. She is driven by the philosophy of leaving the world a better place than she found it and always looking forward to opportunities to make an impact. Maria exerts her force in the workplace and uses her optimistic personality to encourage others to succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and spending time with her family.

I am Kendy Esquivel born in Durango Mexico, a proud latina daughter of immigrants. I am forever grateful for the sacrifices my parents made to achieve the American dream. I am passionate about helping other immigrants and their families achieve that same dream, that my family and I once had. 

Legal Assistant

Sina holds a degree in International Area Studies with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma graduating in 2018. He also holds a Juris Doctor Law Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law graduating in 2022. Sina assists the firm in matters involving Immigration, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning.

Sina's hobbies include playing tennis, cooking, and traveling. On his days off he spends time with his girlfriend, family, friends, and dogs.
